TARIK ARIKDAL, BSC-E.E.

Tarık Arıkdal is born in 1966, in Istanbul and graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1990. In 1989, he graduated from Boğaziçi University Information Technology Department, System Analysis and Programming.

In 1979, he started to attend the public activities of Metapsychical Investigation and Scientific Research Society (MISRS) and in 1987, he became a member of the society. After 1990, he began giving public lectures and seminars which he continues today, as well. He is one of the founding members of the Foundation for Spreading Knowledge to Unify Humanity (BILYAY). His interests include fundamental parapsychology, quantum physics, spiritual development and fundamental spiritualism. He is trained by World Regression Institute in the field of regression therapy in 2005 and 2006.

As an electrical engineer, Mr. Arıkdal works on industrial energy quality and energy productivity and presently is a board member of Bilyay Foundation. He is married, with a son.

METAPSYCHICAL PARAPSYCHOLOGY
Development of Parapsychology in History and a Different Interpretation of Parapsychological Phenomena

During this workshop a brief historical background of parapsycholgy will be given and its emergence as a field of research and the current situation of parapsychological research will be studied and the significance of parapsychology as a field of education will be emphasized. In addition to this introduction, participants of this workshop will learn about a different perspective to the parapsychological phenomena that has been observed in human beings and the reasons and interpretation of the parapsychological phenomena from the metapsychical perspective.
